At GeniusFlow, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with every Webflow template you purchase.
However, because all our products are digital and instantly downloadable, we generally do not offer refunds after a purchase is completed.

Refunds May Be Granted Only If:

The template is completely non-functional and we are unable to fix the issue within a reasonable time.
• You purchased the same item twice by mistake.
• A technical issue on our end prevented you from accessing your purchased file.

Non-Refundable Situations:

• You no longer need the product or changed your mind.
• The product did not meet your expectations.
• Compatibility issues caused by third-party tools or your hosting setup.
• You claim the product was not as described, but the item functions as shown in the live demo.

How to Request a Refund

If you believe your situation qualifies for a refund, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@geniusflow.co.
Include your order details and a clear explanation of the issue. We’ll review your request and respond within 3–5 business days.

Additional Notes

• Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
• We reserve the right to refuse refund requests that do not meet our policy criteria.
